CC4 - 2. Inbound Configuration

The inbound and outbound configuration will work based on what data and status should be expected to be sent out Jira or received back from SolMan.

The status mapping should be created based on the User Status that SAP Solution Manager will send to Jira. The status received from SolMan will be linked to a Jira Transition that will execute the change of the Status in Jira.

To make things easier to be explained, we created a Jira Workflow that represents the same status we want to synchronize from SolMan. This is not a requirement and the mapping configuration enables you to customize complex workflow synchronization between Jira and SAP Solution Manager.
