Jira Configuration

This page details the set up process on SAP side, for the Jira counterpart please refer to the following page CC4 - JIRA - Focused Build Requirements SP04 (PLUS)

Access the following path on t-code SPRO to check which status will trigger the synchronization to Jira:

Select the transaction type S1BR and double click on “Assign Actions”

All the status defined in with the action “S1_UPD_EXT” will trigger our Cross Connector.

In addition to this configuration, it is also need to “Define the Execution Time of Actions” for all status that triggers the interface:
