When using quotation marks within a transition name (e.g. Set to “development”) to change the status of an issue in Jira, the Cross Connector does not recognize this transition in the Inbound Configuration, which leads to an error when updating the status from SolMan to Jira.

To solve this problem, we recommend not to use quotations in transition names.
