Synchronization of Attachments

This article shows the configuration that is required to synchronize attachments between CC4 Cloud and SAP Solution Manager. This feature is available from Release 1 2025.
Set Up on Jira side
The following entry is required in “Field Mappings”:
JSON Key: ISATTACHSET
Field: Attachment
Set Up on SAP side
Open transaction SM34 → View Cluster: /XALM/CC4_SFM_VC.
Ensure that the following entries are avalaible for your configuration profile (either directly maintain them for the specific transaction type or check whether they are available in one of the template profiles if your profile is using “Lookup from Reference Profile” as reference type):
