CC4 Log section
For UI16 and earlier we provide a UI Formatter that displays a log of all synchronizations associated with the current ticket.
Add new section in Form
Open a ticket, where you want to change the form.
(1) Right click on the grey bar on top and (2) choose “Form Builder” (or form design).
A new window will open where you can edit the layout of the form.
In form builder scroll down and add a new section:
Hover over “+” sign and then click “Add section”.
Edit the name of the new section:
Add CC4 Log Formatter
If you have a new section (or want to add the Formatter to another existing section) choose “more” and “Formatters” in the menu:
You should be able to see the CC4 Log:
Via drag and drop you can place the formatter to a desired position in form.
Lastly, save the changes (right top corner).
Refrech the page of your open form and you will be able to see the log.
