Quick Filters for Release Management Cockpit

Please note that this feature is currently only available in the cloud version

 

It is possible to create quick filters for the Release Management Cockpit. These filters are presaved JQL search requests and will be available for all users.

The quick filters must be configured in the CC5 settings. They are predefined for the entire project and every user who has access to the RMC can use these filters.

 

A new configuration area “RMC Settings” is available in the CC5 App Settings for the quick filters:

Click on “Add RMC Setting” to create a Quick Filter for your project. The following pop-up opens:

  • Connection Config: Enter the Connection Config for which you want to create the quick filter

  • Jira Project: Enter the Jira Project for which you want to create the quick filter

  • Filter Label: Enter the name of your Quick Filter (this name will be shown in the Release Management Cockpit)

  • Filter JQL: Enter your JQL search statement

 

Click “Add” in the Quick Filters area to add the filter to the configuration. After creating all needed Quick Filters, click on “Submit” to save it.

After that, the Quick Filters will be available in the Release Management Cockpit of the configured project:

 

 

Please note: You can only configure one RMC Setting per project.
