Activate Business Function for Tasklist Integration

To use the Cross Connector TMS, the transports are normally not assigned to a task list. If the Transport Request should be linked to a related task list of the CTS project, the following steps have to be performed.

  1. The below Business Function is reversible and can be turned off again after activation.

  2. Since CC5 version 2.2 this configuration step is not needed anymore.
    The task list integration is always switched on.
    The business function is not existing anymore.

Open transaction SFW5. If you receive the following warning, click on Continue.

Open the Section ENTERPRISE_BUSINESS_FUNCTIONS and look for /XALM/CC5_CHARM.

To activate the business function set the check mark in column ‘Planned Status’. Then click on Activate Changes to perform the activation.

The following pop-up is shown to confirm the changes. To finish the changes click on Activate Changes.
