We are supporting following integration scenarios right now:
Jira <-> TMS/CTS
Jira <-> FB R2D
Jira <-> ChaRM (Change Request Management)
Jira <-> RM (Requirements Management)
Jira <-> ITSM (Incident, Problem, Service Request)
Jira <-> QGM (Quality Gate Management)
Scenario 1 is supported by CC5 , also called SAP Cross Connector for Jira / Transport Management System, is used to integrate Jira with TMS/CTS. There is no Focused Build or ChaRM needed. There is no code or customizing needed in managed systems. This plugin consists of two pieces: Jira and SAP Solution Manager side.
CC4, also called SAP Cross Connector for Jira / Solution Manager, is used to integrate Jira with SAP Solution Manager transactions. Here we are able to connect Jira with ChaRM, Requirements Management or ITSM. We are using our own OData services. This plugin consists of two pieces: Jira and SAP Solution Manager side.
Additionally CC4 is able to connect Jira with Focused Build processes. In this integration scenario we are using SAPs Focused Build OData services. This plugin consists of one piece: Jira side (since we are using the existing Focused Build OData services).
Please note that the integration scenario you are requesting will need our SAP piece of the plugin as well.and all others (2-6) are supported by CC4.
Scenario 1 is supporting Jira Server, Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud. On SAP side, we are supporting any ABAP transports from SAP Netweaver 7.0+ including S/4 HANA Private Edition and S/4 HANA On-Premise. gCTS is supported as well (push to git during transport release, no import control). CTS+ might be supported too (not validated yet). Support of cCTS is not planned so far. Support of cTMS is planned.
Scenario 2-6 is supporting Jira Server and Jira Data Center. A Solution supporting Jira Cloud is available since 2023. A Solution supporting other external tools like ServiceNow, HP Service Center, Remedy, … or other SAP Solution Manager Instances will be available soon.
