SAP Cross Connector for Jira — SAP Cloud ALM Features. C3F synchronises SAP Cloud ALM Features (scope units in the Implementation area) with Jira Cloud issues, bidirectionally. CALM remains the authoritative source for Feature lifecycle; Jira is where delivery teams plan and track their part of the work.

Jira platforms: offered on Jira Cloud only, as a Forge app on the Atlassian Marketplace. There is no Data Center variant and no ServiceNow variant.

How Jira talks to SAP: HTTPS to the SAP Cloud ALM Features API (/api/calm-features/v1/Features) at the customer’s tenant (e.g. https://<tenant>-cloudalm.<region>.alm.cloud.sap). The app authenticates with OAuth 2.0 client credentials against the matching BTP IdP token endpoint. Inbound events are delivered by CALM Resource Changes webhooks to a Forge webtrigger.
