Delete Synchronization Log Data
Purpose
The report /XALM/CC4_DELETE_SYNC_LOG is used to delete synchronization log data in testing phase or emergency cases. It is available since 2025/08.
Prerequisites
Synchronization of some transactions got already executed successfully or with failure.
Features
You can choose which data should be deleted.
Selection
Transaction Filter:
(Obligatory) "External System": the CC4 Configuration Profile to be used.
"Transaction Number": filter on transaction ids.
"Transaction Type": filter on transaction type.
"User Status": filter on transaction status.
"Created At": filter on transaction creation date.
"Changed At": filter on transaction change date.
Sync Log Filter:
"Action": Synchronization Action
"Direction": Synchronization Direction
"External ID": External Ticket ID
"Sync User": User who triggered the synchronization.
"Sync Status": 200..299 is a successful synchronization, 400+ is a failure.
"Start Date" / "Start Time": Date/Time of the synchronization log data -> delete data created after a certain date/time.
Options:
[ ] "Test run": If checked no sync log data will be deleted.
[ ] "Display log": Show synchronization log data (to be) deleted.
Output
Direct output: Ticket numbers where synchronization data got deleted or should be deleted.
If "Display log is flagged": A table of synchronization data including transaction id, transaction type and transaction title.
Activities
Run the report in test mode.
Run the report without test mode.
Example
Maybe you want to test CC4 again and again. Maybe with a PPF action or maybe with the mass sync report. You notice that creation outbound is working only the first time for each transaction id.
Solution: You either have to use another transaction id or you have to delete the synchronization data using this report.
