This mapping is used to describe the fields required to the synchronization with the SolMan transaction. It is possible to synchronize Jira standard fields and custom fields. This mapping is used for all types of fields, e.g. partners, texts, custom fields etc. .
Create Field Mapping
Inform all required fields according to the interface requirement.
Sync. Object
Select the respective sync. object from the list.
JSON Key
Select the respective JSON key in which the selected field will be sent to the Solution Manager.
There is only a limited amount of keys available from which you have to choose. Which field you assign to which key is freely definable.
Field
Select the respective Jira field to be synchronized.
Sub-attribute
It can be the case that the Jira field has a nested JSON element as value. In this case it is necessary to specify the sub-attribute of the nested element so that the OData service can work with it correctly.
