Actions Create, Release, Import and Delete do not work with a foreign system without domain links

If you try to perform any of the following actions in Jira to a connected Solution Manager System you receive either an error message or nothing happens: Create, Release, Import or Delete.

To solve this issue, you have to make sure that the managed system in which the transport has to be created in, released to, imported to or deleted to is mentioned in the LMDB and RFC connections do exist. Especially TMW destinations are needed. Furthermore, the system has to be either within the transport domain of the Solution Manager or connected via domain link.

Since version 2.1.5 (30.01.2023) all actions are working with or without domain links. The prerequisite of registering in LMDB and of having working RFC destinations are still valid. Please perform an update if you are using an older version (< 2.1.5) and if you are facing such issues.
