Since the Cross ALM’s Cross Connectors work with Jira Issues within the Jira system of customers, it is important to mention that Cross ALM does not have access to the content (such as Summary, Description, Assignee, Reporter etc.) of the Issues that work with the Cross Connectors or to any private information of the customer’s Jira instances. Cross ALM has only access to the data provided by the Atlassian Marketplace. This data may include the start date of usage of the Add-On, License ID, contact’s name, hosting type or number of users in Jira Instance.
Cross ALM GmbH is allowed to disclose your Personal Data if necessary:
To accomplish a legal obligation;
To protect the property rights of our products;
To prevent or investigate the wrong use of our services;
To protect the personal safety of users of our services or the public;
For protection against legal liability;
In order to facilitate or improve the quality of our services, we may employ third party companies and/or individuals to provide services on our behalf. Some of those activities could be the analysis of how the products are being used, which will require access to your Personal Data.
