Since the Cross ALM’s Cross Connectors work with Jira Issues ServiceNow tasks (incident_task, change_task, tec.) within the Jira ServiceNow system of customers, it is important to mention that Cross ALM does not have access to the content (such as Summary, Description, Assignee, Reporter etc.) of the Issues Tasks that work with the Cross Connectors or to any private information of the customer’s Jira ServiceNow instances. Cross ALM has only access to the data provided by the Atlassian ServiceNow Marketplace. This data may include the start date of usage of the Add-On, License ID, contact’s name, hosting type or number of users in Jira ServcieNow Instance.
